四种肿瘤标志物在胃癌诊断中的应用

目的了解肿瘤标志物在胃癌中的表达情况 ,探讨其在早期诊断中的价值。方法用 SABC染色法对 30例胃癌组织标本进行了 4种肿瘤标志物 p5 3、p2 1CIP1 、CEA和 C- erb B- 2的检测。结果 30例胃癌 p5 3、p2 1CIP1 、CEA和 C- erb B- 2的阳性表达率分别为 30 %、5 3.3%、80 %和 33.3%。结论单一肿瘤标志物 ,除 CEA外其他 3种在胃癌中的阳性表达率较低 ;联合应用 4种肿瘤标志物可提高阳性检出率 ,但 4种肿瘤标志物对早期胃癌诊断阳性率低 。

s:Objective Investigation of the expression of tumor markers in early stage of gastric carcinoma. Method p5 3,p2 1CIP1 ,CEA and C- erb B- 2 were used to detect30 gastric carcinom a tissue specimens by using SABC im munohistochemistry method.Result Positive expession of p5 3,p2 1CIP1 ,CEA and C- erb B- 2 was30 % ,5 3.3% , 80 % and30 % respectively.Conclusion Except CEA,other tum or markers showed low positive expression in gas- tric carcinom a.Combination of four tumor markers will improved positive diagnostic rate.But all of them showed low expression in early stage gastric carcinom a,and no correlation with differentiation of gastric carcinoma.
