摘要
目的 探讨复方丹参注射液对内毒素休克血液流变学的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分成 4组 :空白对照组 ( 组 ) ,内毒素休克组 ( 组 )及按每千克体重注射 4g和 8g复方丹参注射液防治组 ( 组和 组 )。静注大肠杆菌内毒素后 4h,取血行血液流变学检测 ,并观察复方丹参注射液对检测结果的影响。结果 内毒素休克时 ,全血粘度 (ηb)、血浆粘度 (ηP)、红细胞聚集指数 (EAI)和红细胞刚性指数 (ERI)明显升高 ; 组上述指标均有不同程度降低 ,以高中切变率 ηb和 ERI差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 组比较 ,除 30 s- 1 、1s- 1 ηb和 EAI仍明显升高外 ,其他各项指标均无显著性差异。结论 复方丹参注射液可以改善血液流变性 ,缓解组织缺血缺氧 。
Objective To investigate the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on blood rheology in rats after endotoxic shock. Methods SD rats were divided into four groups: normal control group, endotoxic shock group, 4 g/kg and 8 g/kg SM pretreatment group. Hemorrheological parameters were assayed 4 hours after intravenous injection of E.coli O 111 B 4 lipopolysaccharide in SD rats and role of SM was observed simultaneously. Results Hemorrheological parameters in endotoxin group, includind plasma viscosity (ηp), whole blood viscosity (ηb), index of red cell aggregation (EAI) and of red cell rigidity (ERI), were obviously increased as compared with control group. The parameters in 8 g/kg SM pretreatment group were decreased to some extent, compared with endotoxin group, but whole blood viscosity at high or middle sheer rate and ERI had obvious difference. There was no significant difference between SM group and control group, except that 30 s -1 , 1 s -1 ηb and EAI were significantly increased. Conclusion SM may improve blood rheology and ameliorate tissue ischemia and hypoxemia, which provide protective effects on endotoxic shock.
