摘要 目的 研究增加肌酸摄入量后肌肉组织中肌酸和肌酸激酶 (creatine kinase,CK)含量的变化 ,探讨补充肌酸对肌肉工作能力的影响。方法 小鼠饲养 1周后 ,取得肌肉提取液 ,用联乙酰 -α奈酚反应测定法和逆向反应肌酸比色法分别测定肌酸和 CK的含量。结果 实验组和对照组肌酸和 CK含量经 t检验 (P<0 .0 1) ,差异显著。结论 增加肌酸摄入量 ,能改善肌肉生化基础 。 Objective To study the change of creatine and creatine kinase (CK) levels in the muscle tissue after increasing uptake of creatine and to observe the affection of working capability on muscle. Methods The extractive of rat muscle was obtained after a week of feeding. The creatine and creatine kinase levels were detected by acetyl naphthol method and reverse reaction creatine colormetery respectively. Results There was significant difference ( P <0.01) of the levels of creatine and creatine kinase in the experimental group and the control. Conclusion After increasing the uptake of creatine, the muscle biochemical activity was improved and the metabolic rate of cells was increased.
