居住组团数字布局问题的本质是在满足规划布局要求同时,将居住单元互不重叠的放置于地块中。智能模拟主要涉及三个问题:空间布局、群体智能和全局最优算法。核心是用数字化的语言来定义设计问题,用多代理系统模拟人脑思维,用随机型全局不完全最优算法来进行设计解的搜索,用数字型的标准来判定方案优劣。

Essence layout problem of residential clusters is to put all dwelling units into limited site area without overlapping satisfying all planning rules. The intelligent simulation involves three aspects： space layout problem, swarm intelligent and global optimization algorithm. The core is to define the design problem with math, simulate human brain with multi-agent system, search results with stochastic incomplete approaches and judge the layouts with digital standard.
