城市建筑综合体的系统特征与设计策略——基于同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司的设计实践

SYSTEMATIC CHARACTERISTIC AND DESIGN STRATEGIES OF URBAN BUILDING COMPLEX: BASED ON THE PRACTICE OF TJADRI

本文通过对城市建筑综合体系统化特征的解析,总结了当下这一新建筑类型的设计挑战,并结合同济大学建筑设计研究院(集团)有限公司的设计实践,梳理出城市空间地标塑造、城市活力中心构建、城市与建筑系统整合、新技术潜力以及体系化设计组织等设计策略。

This article puts forward the challenges in the design of urban building complex by analyzing on its systematic characteristic. Based on the practice of Tongji Architectural Design and Research Institute, it develops the design strategies including the establishment of urban landmark, the construction of urban energy center, the integration of urban and architectural system, the potential of new technology, and the systematic design.
