本文通过山西移动通信生产基地项目获2012年度"国家优质工程"过程,阐述了创建精品工程如何精心策划,认真实施。重点介绍了工程的质量管理、创优策划、工程亮点、实施效果等,提出了创建精品工程的思路和对策。
This paper by Shanxi mobile communication production base project won the 2012 annual ＂national high quality project＂ process, expounds how to create high-quality project planning, careful implementation.
