摘要
如何在建筑行业激烈的竞争当中取得最大的经济效益,是目前建筑行业最关注的问题之一。其中,最有效的方法就是在建筑施工的过程中实行精细化管理。本文结合笔者多年的建筑经验,探讨了建筑工程精细化管理管控技术,为同行提供了参考。
