摘要
笔者依据多年的工作经验,结合卢森堡馆项目的具体实例,提出了甲方应注重设计阶段的成本控制、施工阶段的质量控制和管理、监理单位的技术管理、协调建设参建各方以及在工程实践中的具体措施。
In this article, the author bases on many years of work experience, combines with the specific examples of the Luxembourg museum project that proposes that the Party A should focus on the design phase of cost control, the construction phase of quality control and management, the supervision unit of the technical management and coordination of construction parties and the specific measures in enginering practice.
