摘要
作为旅游资源主要构成部分的古建筑的保护和修缮工作受到了前所未有的重视,但古建筑修缮定额仍存在着遗漏和不足。本文根据周宅工程修缮保护工程造价管理实践,试述造价工程师在仿古建筑物开发保护过程中如何做好全过程多角度造价控制措施,确保项目投资效益。
As the main part of tourism resources, ancient architecture protection and repair work has been hitherto unknown attention, but the ancient building repair quota still exist omissions and deficiencies. In this paper, according to Zhou house engineering repair and protection of engineering cost management practice, it discusses the cost engineer how to do a good job in the whole process of cost control measures in the antique building development, to ensure that the project investment benefit.
