摘要
本文主要以瓯江口新区一期(含起步区共24.6km2)作为空间坐标、以区域内基础设施2015年全部建成作为时间节点,对基础设施总投入和土地开发总收益两方面进行测算。
This paper mainly taking Oujiang Jiangkou new period (including the starting area is 24.6km 2 ) as spatial coordinates, the regional infrastructure completed in 2015 as the time of the node, to measure two aspects of infrastructure investment and the development of land revenue.
