With the rapid development of the economy and the increasing infrastructure investment, thereby the construction industry has developed rapidly, but many engineering problems in the construction process are exists. This article describes the problems of quality, environmental pollution, cost of poor management and security in the process of construction management and proposes appropriate solutions.
