水利水电工程施工现场安全生产管理体会

Experiences of the Construction Site Safety Management in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project

由于在水利工程施工现场,劳动人员众多且分布密集,施工环境复杂、多变、风险高,因此,工程施工应当坚持安全第一的原则,以人为本,以提升水利工程施工的安全管理水准为重。为此,本文结合笔者多年安全生产管理工作的实践,就施工现场安全生产管理中的几个方面谈点体会。

Due to the numerous and dense of labor personnel, complex construction environment, changeable, high risk in construction site of water conservancy projects, engineering construction should adhere to the principle of safety first, people-oriented, making to improve water conservancy project construction safety management level became heavy. Combined with the practices of safety management work of the author, it talks about experiences of the construction site safety management in several aspects.
