关于工程造价审计风险与防范对策的研究

Study on the Risk and Countermeasures of Project Cost Audit

当前关于工程造价的审计工作,需要在保证建筑工程质量的前提下对工程成本进行管理,尤其是对建筑市场上潜在的风险进行有效控制,形成一套有效的风险预警机制,并对工程造价审计中的风险因素进行处理,制定相应的措施进行应对。本文对工程造价审计风险进行了研究,并提出了几点防范对策。仅供参考。

The current project cost audit work, needs to do management of the project cost in the premise of ensuring construction quality, especially the effective control of the potential market risk, formed a set of effective risk early warning mechanism, and the engineering cost audit risk factors of processing, formulate corresponding the measures to deal with. This paper studies the engineering cost audit risk, and puts forward some countermeasures. It is for reference only.
