在市场经济日益发展与完善的当今社会,建筑业作为经济发展的支柱产业之一,其发展状况备受瞩目。建筑项目管理中一个非常重要的部分就是工程的造价管理,它对工程的质量和施工过程有着决定性作用。建筑项目管理中比较核心的造价管理,对施工的过程和最终质量有着决定性的作用。本文按照项目工程建设中的几个重要阶段,分别阐述了工程造价的动态控制在各个阶段中所存在的问题,以及相对应的对策。

In today＇s society market economy’s development and improvement of increasingly, the construction industry as a pillar industry of economic development, its development has attracted a lot of attention. Cost management is a very important part of the construction project management, and it has a decisive role on the quality and process of construction project. Cost management is the core of the construction project management, plays a decisive role in the construction process and final quality. According to several important stages in project construction, this paper respectively expounds the existing problems in each stage of the dynamic control of project cost, and the corresponding countermeasures.
