本文首先阐明建筑工程造价管理控制的重要性,针对目前建筑工程造价管理中存在的问题,进而提出我国建筑工程造价管理与控制应当建立标准的工程造价计价依据和计价方法,促进建筑工程造价管理理念的更新,建立有形的建筑工程造价咨询市场,加强建筑工程造价管理人员的素质培养等对策。

This paper firstly expounds the importance of cost control in construction engineering, in view of the existing construction cost management problems at present, and puts forward the cost management and control of construction project in China should establish standards for the construction cost valuation and the valuation method, promoting the construction project cost management idea renewal, the establishment of the physical construction project cost the consulting market, strengthen the management of construction cost personnel＇s qualitytraining and countermeasures.
