摘要
以厨房环境设计中的空间布置为研究对象。基于人机工学研究内容中人的行为特点确定厨房中各空间的合理尺寸及厨房劳作中合理有序的工作流程,为厨房环境设计提供一定的参考。
This paper study the space layout of environment design in the kitchen. Based on the characteristics of human behavior of human-machine engineering the paper determines the reasonable size of each space in the kitchen and reasonable and orderly work flow in the kitchen, in order to take a certain reference role for the future of the kitchen environment design.
