在我国经济取得很大发展的今天,农业、农村、农民这"三农"问题,仍然是困绕经济社会发展和全面建设小康社会的最大难题。国家"十一五"规划中的重要内容之一便是重视节约和集约使用土地以求达到土地规划合理利用的目的。农村住宅建设与土地规划利用的合理意义重大,笔者将就此展开探讨。
