摘要
本文以北京某工程为例,通过掺加膨胀剂、聚丙烯纤维、粉煤灰和矿粉等优化混凝土配比,改善混凝土性能。同时加强现场施工组织、优化施工流水和工艺流程、加强混凝土养护等,有效解决了收缩和温度应力问题,确保了超长混凝土结构取消后浇带技术的成功应用。
This paper taking a project in Beijing for example, by adding the expansive agent, polypropylene fiber, fly ash and slag, optimizes the concrete proportion, to improve the performance of concrete. At the same tim'e, strengthening the construetion organization, site optimization construction flow and process, to strengthen the concrete curing, effectively solve the shrinkage and temperature stress problem, ensure the successful application of overlong concrete structure after canceling post-casting strap.
