初探灌注桩后压浆技术在某工程中的应用

笔者结合多年的施工经验分析了高层建筑钻孔灌注桩应用压浆工法的工艺及其机理,阐述了该工法对提高单桩竖向承载力、改善桩基承载工作性能的应用效果,希望能有给同行参考的价值。

The author combined with many years of experiences in construction, analyzes the process and mechanism of grouting method high-rise building applied in bored piles, de- scribes application effect of the method to improve the single pile vertical bearing capacity, improve the application effect of the pile bearing performance, hopes to have reference value for peers.
