摘要
社会主义经济的发展让公共建筑得到了前所未有的发展。但当前我国的公共建筑质量的监管体系却不完善,还存在很多的漏洞。本文主要对公共建筑质量监管的现状和问题进行了分析,并探讨了如何监管好公共建筑的质量管理。
The development of socialist economy let public buildings get unprecedented development. But the regulatory s- ystem quality of Chinese public buildings in is not perfect, an- d there are a lot of loopholes. In this article, the author mainly analyzes the status and problems of the quality supervision and management in public buildings, and discusses how to regulate public construction quality management.
