摘要
锅炉运行过程中水垢的形成过程非常复杂。锅炉受热面中的水垢存在很大的危害性,对锅炉的安全运行有着直接性的影响。如果处理不当,就会导致水垢出现脱落,进而引发水冷壁管过烧与锅筒鼓包等安全事故。
The forming process of scale in the operation process of boiler is very complex. There is great harm of scale in boiler heating surface, has a direct influence on the safe oper- ation of boiler. If handled improperly, it will cause the scale a- ppear off, causing safety accidents like water wall tubes burned and drum beat.
