索赔是建设工程项目常见的一种情况,其管理质量直接影响到经营企业能否获得最佳的经济效益。为此,本文结合笔者多年的工作经验,在介绍工程项目索赔种类的基础上,重点探讨了项目索赔管理工作。并总结了索赔过程中应注意的问题,以供研究参考。

The claim is a common construction project situation which directly affects the quality of the management enterprises whether can get the best economic benefits. In this ar- ticle, the author combines with years of work experience, focu- ses on the claims management work of the project and summa- rizes the problems of claims process that should pay attention to on the basis of introducing the project types of claims so as to provide reference for similar studies.
