科学、合理地进行工程造价控制与管理是投资者取得良好投资效益以及社会效益的前提基础。本文主要阐述了我国目前工程造价管理中存在的问题,并认真进行了分析与研究,提出了一些解决问题的具体对策与措施。笔者经验浅薄,仅供参考。

Scientific and reasonable to carry out the project cost control and management is the basis premise for investors to achieve good investment returns as well as social benefits. This article elaborates Chinese current project cost management problems, and analyzes and studies seriously to put forward some specific countermeasures to solve the problem to provide reference only.
