在高速公路施工管理过程中,很多施工企业都在探寻管理方式的改革,以提高施工成本控制与管理水平。本文从招投标、施工前期准备到工程施工各阶段等方面分析了高速公路施工成本控制与管理的特点和问题,提出相应的对策。

In the process of highway construction management, many construction companies are exploring the reform of management mode, in order to improve the level of construction cost control and management. This paper analyses charact- erristics and problems of the cost control and management of highway construction from the bidding, construction preparati- on to construction of each stage and other aspects, and puts fo-rward the corresponding countermeasures.
