摘要
近年来,基于肿瘤细胞内外还原性环境的显著差异而设计的还原敏感型药物递送系统在药剂学领域和肿瘤治疗领域的应用研究备受关注,并取得长足进展。此类药物递送系统可显著提高药物的靶向性和有效性,减少其毒副作用,并能克服靶细胞的多药耐药性。分类综述还原敏感型胶束、纳米粒、纳米囊、纳米凝胶、高分子-药物共轭物以及高分子-核酸复合物等药物递送系统的应用研究现状。
The reseaches on the application of the reduction-sensitive drug delivery systems (DDS) designed based on a significant difference between the reductive environments inside and outside tumor cell in pharmaceutics and tumor therapy have attracted much attention and made significant progress in recent years. The reduction-sensitive DDS could significantly improve the targeting ability and efficacy of drugs, lower their adverse effects and overcome muhidrug resistance in target cells. The current research status of the application of the reduction-sensitive DDS including micelles, nanoparticles, nanocapsules, nanogels, polymer-drug conjugates and polymer-nucleic acid complexes was reviewed classifiedly.
