On National Think Tanks of Education and Their Contributions to Government Policy-makings: a Aisiting Report on Education in Australia and New Zealand

以国家教育科研机构为主的教育智库日益崛起,正在成为影响政府教育决策的重要力量。近年来,澳大利亚、新西兰两国相关教育科研机构在提高教育质量与促进教育公平方面,发挥了不可替代的功能和作用。两国教育智库对教育发展的影响表现在:构建基于标准的质量框架;促进多元文化融合教育的发展,提高教育竞争力及全方位影响政府教育决策等。

Think Tanks based on the national educational institutes are rising influencing the state educational policy-making. Recently the national educational and becoming the main powers institutes in Australia and New Zealand have started playing the irreplaceable roles in promoting the educational quality and equity. The enlight- enments from the educational think tanks of the two countries are reflected in the followings, constructing the stan- dards based frameworks for educational quality, stim ing the competiveness of education, and contributing ulating the development of multi-cultural education, increas- to the decision-making of the governments.
