摘要
以Na2WO4·2H2O和CdCl2·2.5H2O为主要原料,以表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为添加剂,通过水热反应合成了CdWO4纳米棒。用XRD、TEM、EDS、SAED等对产物进行了表征,初步探讨了CdWO4纳米棒的形成机理,测试了CdWO4纳米棒的光致发光性能。结果表明:产物为长1~1.5μm、直径50~80nm的CdWO4纳米棒;SDBS对CdWO4纳米棒的形成具有关键作用;随着CdWO4纳米棒结晶性的提高,其光致发光性能增强。
Using Na2WO4 · 2H2O and CdCl2 · 2. 5H2O as raw materials, CdWO4 nanorods with wolframite structure were synthesized in the presence of the surfactant of SDBS through a hydrothermal method, and characte- rized by XRD, TEM, EDS and SAED. The PL spectra of the CdWO4 nanorods prepared at different pH values of pre- cursor solution were tested. The formation mechanism of CdWO4 nanorods was explored. The results show that the obtained products are CdWO4 nanorods with length of 1-1.5 μm and width of 50-80 nrn. The surfactant SDBS plays a key role in the formation of the CdWO4 nanorods. The intensity of PL emissions of the samples increases with the increasing of crystallinity of the CdWO4 nanorods.
