摘要 从一乙醇胺(MEA)溶液吸收和解吸CO2的实验入手,分析了几种参数对MEA溶液吸收-解吸CO2过程的吸收速率、解吸速率的影响特性及机理。研究结果表明,升高反应温度和增大吸收剂浓度可以加快吸收-解吸CO2的速率,但超过一定范围会产生负面影响;此外采用搅拌的方式可以加快吸收-解吸CO2的速率。提出了对吸收-解吸过程一些参数的优化途径,达到高效吸收-解吸CO2的目的。 Experimental research has been conducted about effects of some parameters on C02 absorption- desorption processes by monoethanolamine solution. It was shown that, to some extent, increasing temperature and solvent concentration would cause higher CO2 absorption-desorption rate. But it may cause reaction rate decrease when they reach some points. In theory, there exist optimum values of these two paremeter when others remains the same. Futhermore, the reaction rate can be promoted by stiring the solution. It is found that CO2 absorption-desorption can be high efficient by optimizing these paremeters.
