摘要
以魔芋葡甘聚糖和透明质酸钠为主要原料,丙三醇为增塑剂,乳酸为改性剂,结合微波处理工艺,采用湿法纺丝的方法结合可编程的二维移动平台制备出魔芋葡甘聚糖/透明质酸钠纤维膜。分别通过PBS浸泡实验和SBF浸泡矿化研究纤维膜的体外降解性和生物活性,同时还将纤维膜支架材料和人脐带间充质干细胞进行了共培养来研究其细胞相容性。结果表明,魔芋葡甘聚糖/透明质酸钠纤维膜具有较好的生物活性、体外降解性和细胞相容性,有望成为一种潜在的软骨支架材料。
Fiber membranes were prepared with konjac glucomannan (KGM) and sodium hyaluronate (SH) using glycerol as plasticizer and lactic acid as modifier. After microwave treatment, wet spinning method and program- mable 2D mobile platform were employed to prepare the KGM/SH fiber membranes. The in vitro degradability and biological activity of the fiber membranes were observed by PEkS immersion and SBF mineralization experiments, re- spectively. Meanwhile, the cytocompatibility was also investigated. It was revealed that the fiber membranes possess satisfactory biological activity, in vitro degradation rate, and cytocompatibility, which indicated the bright prospect of the membrane as a potential cartilage scaffold material.
