摘要 采用不同的无机酸对蜂窝状堇青石进行酸处理,研究了预处理条件对蜂窝状堇青石性能的影响,以BET、SEM-EDS、XRF和XRD等对蜂窝状堇青石进行表征。研究结果表明:(1)温和的酸处理不改变蜂窝状堇青石的比表面积和孔结构,苛刻的酸处理可以有效地提高蜂窝状堇青石的比表面积和孔容。(2)在苛刻的酸处理条件下,相对于HNO3和H2SO4,HCl对蜂窝状堇青石具有较好的腐蚀性能。(3)以HCl为预处理剂,随着处理条件的苛刻,蜂窝状堇青石腐蚀程度加剧,比表面积表现出先增大后减小的变化趋势。 The cordierite honeycomb was treated in different acid solution with various methods to improve its specific surface area, and the influence of the acid pretreatment condition on the properties of the cordierite honeycomb was studied. The monolith support were characterized by BET, SEM-EDS, XRF and XRD. The results show that, (1) No changes of the specific surface area and pore structure of the cordierite after treatment under mild conditions, but a high specific surface area and pore volume can be obtained after serious acid treatment. (2) Relative to HNOs and H2 SO4, HC1 has a higher corrosivity to honeycomb eordierite under the serious conditions. (3) The specific surface area first increases and then decreases when the corrosion content of cordierite is intensified with HC1 as pretreatment agent.
