摘要
针对传统排土机上皮带采用的手动机械张紧方式的缺陷,提出一种排土机皮带自动张紧系统,其由机械系统和液压系统组成,利用液压缸伸缩实现皮带张紧,省时省力,且张紧力可自动调节。
According to defects of manual mechanical belt tensioning control of traditional dump machine, an automatic belt tensioning system which consist of mechanical system and hydraulic system of the dumping machine is proposed. Belt tensioner is implemented with telescopic hydraulic cylinder. The system saves time and effort and can adjust tensioning force automatically.
