西门子诊断中继器在烟草制丝中的应用

Siemens Diagnostic Repeater Applied in Tobacco Primary Section

针对烟草制丝生产线的Profibus-DP总线网络运行不稳定,网路控制经常出现子站、从站离线导致生产中断的问题,利用西门子诊断中继器将原来的BUSF1上串联的网络控制,改为局部的串并联于一体的网络控制方式,大大提高了制丝生产的稳定性。

According to the problems of unstable of Profibus-DP bus network in tobacco primary section and production interruptions caused by slave station offline in sub-network control, Siemens diagnostic repeater is used to replace the original BUSF1 serial network control, which implement partial series to parallel control mode and greatly improves the stability of to- bacco primary section.
