织物热物性与人体表面无扰测温

摘要 为研究人体表面测温的干扰问题 ,作者从计算亚毫米厚度体表织物的热物性入手 ,通过理论与实验研究 ,多角度地探讨了人体的舒适状态 ,体表织物的抗扰机制和织物对体表皮温差的衰减问题。研究结果显示 :在满足人体舒适状态时的室温条件及体表织物的遴选条件 ,且体表皮肤与体表织物之间的层间热阻得到较好控制时 ,体表织物不仅可抑制多种体外干扰进入人体 ,还可将体表 0 .5℃以上的皮温差以小于 0 .0 5℃的温度衰减 ,由织物的内表面传导到织物的外表面。 In order to investigate interference to measurement of human body surface temperature,the authors began to calculate thermal properties of textiles at body surface.The thickness of textile is less than one millimeter. Theoretical and experimental studies were carried out from multi points of view. Comfortable conditions of human body,anti- interference mechanism of textiles at surface of human body,and how the textile attenuates human body skin temperature were studied. Results of research showed that:When conditions of restricted room temperature,comfortable for human body,are met,and conditions of selection of textiles are met,and also the skin is evenly in contact with the textile in the region of test,the textile at body surface can not only depress a lot of interference,coming from outside to enter human body,but also conduct heatfrom internal surfaceof the textile to external surfaceof the textile with an attenuation lessthan 0 .0 5 degree Celsius for skin surface temperature difference greater than 0 .5 degree Celsius.
