目的 :研究 8 -甲氧基补骨脂素 (8-Methoxypsoralen ,8-MOP)、全反式维甲酸 (AllTransRetinoicAcid ,ATRA)以及两者联合应用对粘液表皮样癌高转移克隆细胞株 (The 3rdCloneofMucoepidermoidCarcinomaCellLine - 1,Mc3)细胞表皮生长因子受体 (EpidermalGrowthFactorReceptor,EGFR)表达的影响。 方法 :免疫组织化学染色方法。结果 :EGFR表达分别为 :对照组 (+ + ) ;8-MOP组 (+ ) ;ATRA(+ ) ;8-MOP与ATRA联合用药组 (+ )。结论

Objective:To study the EGFR expression effcets of 8-MOP combined with ATRA or alone on Mc3 cells.Methods:Cell immunohistochemical staining method.Results:The positive expression of control group and disposing groups of 8-MOP,ATRA and 8-MOP combined with ATRA is (++),(+),(+)and(+) respectively.Conclusion:As a result of 8-MOP combined with ATRA or alone,the tumorgenecity and infiltration of Mc3 cells maybe decreased.
