摘要 目的探讨云南省宣威市2009-2012年手足口病的流行病学特征及流行趋势。方法采用描述流行病学方法,对国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统中现住址为宣威市的2009-2012年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果宣威市2009-2012年累计报告手足口病1503例,年均发病率为25.45/10万,传染病发病位次从第9位跃居为第1位(2011年、2012年均居第1位)。2009-2011年发病率逐年增高;2011年发病率高达42.26/10万,比2010年(17.23/10万)上升145.27%。发病的乡镇、街道逐年增多、以城区(4个街道)发病率最高。手足口病发病男性多于女性(χ2=76.47,P<0.001),呈典型的夏季发病高峰,5-6月发病最高,占总报告病例数的59.21%。结论 2009-2012年宣威市手足口病发病率较高,并呈逐年增高趋势。宣威市手足口病已经成为一个重大的公共卫生问题。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in Xuanwei, Yunan province, during 2009 -2012. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence data of hand foot and mouth disease in Xuanwei during this period. Results A total of 1503 HFMD cases were reported, the annual incidence was 25.45/lakh. HFMD became the 1 ~t leading infectious disease in 2011 and 2012, while it was the 9^tH leading infectious disease in 2009. The incidence increased with year from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, the incidence was 42. 26/lakh, which was significantly higher than that in 2010 (17.23/lakh). More townships and communities were affected over time, and 4 communities in urban area had high case numbers. More cases occurred in males than in females (X2 = 76.47, P 〈 0. 001 ) and the cases were mainly reported among children. The incidence peak was observed during May-June. Conclusion HFMD has become an important punic health concern in Xuanwei.
