新一代全陶瓷界面的全髋关节置换术治疗囊内移位的股骨颈骨折近期疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新一代全陶瓷界面的全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)治疗囊内移位的股骨颈骨折的近期疗效。方法 2009年1月-2012年6月,我科对37例37髋囊内移位的股骨颈骨折患者行新一代全陶瓷界面的THA。利用Harris评分标准对术后髋关节功能进行评价,并观察是否存在异响。通过骨盆正位X线片,测量髋臼外展角和前倾角估算,同时观察有无脱位、陶瓷组件碎裂、骨溶解、假体松动等情况发生。结果术后患者均获随访,平均随访2年4个月。末次随访时Harris髋关节评分为89~100分。影像学检查显示髋臼外展角42°~44°,前倾角16°~22°。随访期间未发现脱位,无陶瓷组件碎裂,无骨溶解和假体松动情况发生,1例术后7个月短暂时间出现髋关节异响,避免过度活动后异响消失,关节功能良好。结论新一代全陶瓷界面的THA治疗囊内移位的股骨颈骨折的近期疗效满意。
