摘要 建立了样品汞含量检测中汞污染的预防措施。在原子荧光法检测样品汞含量过程中,由于汞蓄积性,影响检测结果。实验采用减少进样量、勤换勤洗管路、试剂筛选及对消解管、试管、容量瓶等器皿的清洗处理等方法,并用原子荧光法进行上机测试实验,检测结果数据表明可以有效地防止汞污染,保证实验检测结果的准确性。所述预防措施简单有效,能满足常规检测及食品安全监控的需要。 A mercury pollution detection of mercury content in the samples of preventive measures. In the process of testing samples of mercury by atomic fluorescence method, due to mercury accumulation, affect the detection results. This experiment adopts the cleaning treatment reduced sample volume, change frequently wash pipe, reagent screening and for digestion tube, tube, bottle, utensils and other methods, and by atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the test, test results can effectively prevent mercury pollution, ensure the accuracy of experimental results. The preventive measure is simple and effective, can satisfy the need of conventional detection and food safety monitoring.
