摘要
目的探讨肝细胞癌中整合素连接激酶(ILK)和基质金属蛋白酶-10(MMP-10)蛋白的表达,观察两者在肝细胞癌发生、发展及转移中的作用。方法收集89例肝细胞癌标本作为观察组,收集65例正常肝组织作为对照组,应用免疫组化方法检测两组中ILK和MMP-10蛋白的表达,分析两者在肝细胞癌不同临床病理特征中的表达差别及相关性。结果 ILK和MMP-10在肝细胞癌组织中高表达,ILK和MMP-10在不同分化、不同肿瘤体积、包膜侵犯及不同Ki67的表达中差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组中ILK和MMP-10的表达呈正相关,ILK和MMP-10的表达与肝细胞癌患者的预后相关。结论 ILK和MMP-10的异常表达在肝细胞癌发生发展中起重要作用,两者具有正向协同效应。术后联合检测ILK和MMP-10的表达对判断肝细胞癌的预后有重要价值。
Objective To detect the expressions of integrin linked kinase (ILK) and matrix metalloproteinase-10 (MMP-10) in hepatocellualr carcinoma and investigate their significance in its occurrence, development and metastasis. Methods The study in- cluded 89 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma as observation group, and 65 cases of normal liver tissue as control group. We detected their expressions of ILK and MMP-10 by IHC methods in the two groups, and analyze their different expressions and relationship. Results The positive rates of ILK and MMP-10 were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The positive rates of ILK and MMP-10 were correlated with tumor volume, differentiation, tumor invasion and Ki67 expression (P 〈 0.01 ). There was a positive relationship between ILK and MMP-10 in hepatocellular carcinoma. The expressions of ILK and MMP-10 were correlated with prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion The higher-expressions of ILK and MMP-10 may promote the occurrence and development in hepatocellular carcinoma. The joint detection of ILK and MMP-10 may be helpful to predicting the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
