基层外科军医亚健康状况调查分析

Investigation and analysis on sub-health states of army surgeon in basic hospital

目的了解部队基层医院外科军医的亚健康状态发生情况。方法对某部三所三级甲等综合医院288名外科军医进行健康体检同时发放亚健康问卷调查，分析体检及调查结果。结果基层外科军医的亚健康状态发生率为67．71％，其中工作强度高、30～50岁、初级职称等人群亚健康发生率明显增高。影响亚健康的相关因素主要有工作环境、饮酒频率、体育锻炼、个人信仰等。结论基层医院外科军医亚健康状态发生率很高，明显高于普通人群、其他类别军人、非军人医务人员。

Objective To investigate the sub-health state of army surgeon in primary hospital. Methods A total of 288 army sur- geon underwent a medical examination and responded to the sub-heahh questionnaires. The results of investigation were analyzed. Results The sub-heahh rate was 67.71% in army surgeon of primary hospital, significantly increased in people who are working under great pressure, aged between 30 -50 and have junior titles. Work environment, drinking frequency, physical exercises and personal beliefs are the main factors affecting the sub-health. Conclusion The sub-health rate was high in army surgeon of primary hospital and significantly higher than general people, soldier in other categories and non-military medical staff.
