摘要
武黄城际铁路在武汉市余家湾车站附近采用T构上跨京广上下行铁路。该T构地处复杂岩溶地质地区,3个墩离京广上下行线路很近,且T构跨度很大,处于反弯曲线上,安全风险极高。T构施工采用转体施工工艺并取消合龙段,即先在京广上下行线路之间平行于京广线路方向完成T构全部结构施工,然后根据磨盘转动原理,利用千斤顶牵引钢绞线,将T构转动到设计位置。本T构通过采用转体施工工艺,如期、安全顺利地完成了任务,确保了京广铁路的运营安全。我国基本建设正处在迅速发展阶段,今后跨越铁路的施工必将越来越多,无合龙段一次转体到位的施工方法将得到广泛应用。
T-shape beam is used for Wuhuang intercity railway overcrossing the up and down of the Beijing-Guangzhou rail- way near the Yujawan station in Wuhan. The T-shape beam is located in the karst area, three piers are near the up and down line of the Beijing-Guangzhou railway, and the large span T-shape beam, together with the reverse curve adds to the high safety risk. The T-shape beam swivel construction technology is adopted and the closure segment is canceled. In the first place, all structure construction of T-shape beam between the up and down line of the Beijing-Guangzhou railway should completed in parallel direction; then according to the principle of disc rotation, jacks shall be used to pull the steel strand so as to turn the T-shape beam to the design position. The T-shape beam ensures the timely and safe completion of the task and the safe operation of Beijing-Guangzhou railway by adopting rotation construction technology. With the rapid development of the infrastructure construction in the country and a increasing number of such construction in the future, construction method of no closure segment and single swivel to the design place will be widely used.
