摘要
构建了测抽油泵静态漏失量实验装置,针对常规抽油泵与斜井泵进行泵筒与柱塞环隙、游动阀阀球与阀座、固定阀阀球与阀座漏失量的测量,并在不同的实验条件下对测量结果进行分析比较,得出抽油泵静态漏失的主要部位以及温度对漏失量的影响,为生产实际提供依据.
The pump static leakage experimental device is constructed.The pump barrel and plunger annulus,the traveling valve ball valve and valve seat,fixed valve ball and valve seat leakage amount was measured.And they were analyzed and compared under different experimental conditions.The results show that the main location of pump static leakage,and the impact of temperature on the amount of leakage to provide the basis for the actual production.
