进入 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,我国经济体制改革的力度加大 ,市场机制对经济运行的影响越来越显著 ,区域协调战略必须反映这些变化。在今后一个中长期的发展阶段内 ,尤其是政府的西部开发战略的提出 ,我国区域产业发展战略的基本框架应该是对原有战略的继承和调整 ,突破梯度开发的思维定势 ,实施西部大开发的战略时机已经成熟。

As approaching to the ninety decade of the 20th century,China’s economic regime reform shows an increasingly strong effort.Market mechanism affecting the ecomomic operation is more and more apparent.All the regional co ordination strategy must reflect these changes.During the mid long term developing period in the future,especially after the government puts forward the strategy of opening up the west,China’s regional industrial developing strategy frame should be the inheritance and adjustment of the original strategy and breakthrough of the old notion of terrace development.The time of opening up the west is ripe.
