治疗翼状胬肉两种不同术式的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of Pterygium with Two Different Type

目的探讨生物羊膜治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的128例(137眼)翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组。对照组63例(67眼)临床行翼状胬肉切除+丝裂霉素处理;治疗组65例(71眼)临床行翼状胬肉切除+丝裂霉素处理+生物羊膜移植治疗,术后随诊6—12个月,观察治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率93%,复发率7%;对照组治愈率79.1%,复发率20.9%,;两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义。结论临床采用生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉复发率低,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amniotic membrane for treatment of pterygium. Methods In our hospital, 128 cases （137 eyes） of pterygiurn were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 63 cases （67 eyes） underwent pterygium excision with mitomycin clinical treatment; the treatment group of 65 cases （71 eyes） underwent pterygium excision with mitomycin in clinical treatment and biological amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment Of postoperative follow-up, 6 - 12 months, observed the effect of treatment. Results The treatment group cure rate was 93%, the relapse rate was 7%; control group, the cure rate was 79.1%, the relapse rate was 20.9%; there was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion The clinical use of biological anmion transplantation for treatment of pterygium recurrence rate is low, the treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
