结肠癌根治术后中医药辨证治联合FOLFOX-6辅助化疗治疗60例临床观察

目的探讨中医药辨证治联合FOLFOX-6辅助化疗对结肠癌患者根治术后的临床疗效。方法采用中医药辨证治联合FOLFOX-6对60例(B组)结直肠癌根治术后患者辅助化疗,与中医药辨证治联合FOLFOX-6对60例(A组)对照。结果骨髓抑制B组发生率55%,A组发生率38.5%,A组明显少于B组;A组中性粒细胞减少发生率为45.2%,B组为80%,A组中性粒细胞减少发生率明显少于B组。结论中医药辨证施治联合FOLFOX-6辅助化疗治疗根治术后结肠癌患者在提高患者对化疗的耐受性,增加化疗的疗效,减轻化疗的毒副反应,提高患者生存质量,延长生存期的治疗中发挥着积极的作用。
