摘要
目的探索糖尿病性眼肌麻痹的临床特点、发病机制和诊治方法。方法回顾性分析15例2007年1月至2012年12月我院收治的糖尿病性眼肌麻痹病人的临床资料,并进行随访研究。结果本组病例经治疗2～12周后,13例痊愈,2例好转,随访6个月无复发。结论早期及时确诊、有效治疗能显著提高治疗效果,防止复发。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of diabetic ophthalmoplegia. Methods Retrospectively analysed clinical data from 15 patients suffering from diabetic ophthalmoplegia hospitalized from January, 2007 to December, 2012 in our hospital. And performed visited research in these patients. Results After treatment of 2 to12 weeks, in this group of cases ,3 got fully recovered and 2 much better. And no recurrence happened after the 6-month follow-up study. Conclusion Early and timely diagnosis, as well as effective therapy can remarkably improve the treatment effect and prevent recurrence.
