西地那非与硫酸镁治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察并比较西地那非与硫酸镁治疗新生儿持续肺动脉高压(PPHN)的治疗效果。方法选取80例患儿随机均分为西地那非组(n=40例)和硫酸镁组(n=40例),两组患儿在相同基础治疗措施下,分别给予西地那非和硫酸镁治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前与治疗后肺动脉压力(SPAP)、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、体循环收缩压(SBP)的变化以及治疗后的临床疗效。结果两组患儿治疗后病情均有明显好转,西地那非比硫酸镁更快改善CO2潴留,治疗6h-12h时组间平均PaCO2比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);硫酸镁组出现降低体循环压力的副作用,治疗6-12h时组间平均SBP比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3d后两组治愈与无效例数比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),西地那非组优于硫酸镁组。结论治疗PPHN时应首选西地那非,与硫酸镁相比其更安全有效。
