补阳还五汤加减治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨关于补阳还五汤加减对气虚质脑梗死恢复期二级预防以及临床疗效分析。方法选取107例处于脑梗死恢复阶段的病患,并随机的将他们分成两组。其中54例为治疗组,剩下的53例为参照组。在对两组进行常规的治疗基础上,对治疗组采用补阳还五汤加减的治疗方法,同时兼顾口服阿司匹林。而对参照组,则同样采用口服阿司匹林。两组均治疗并随访6个月。具体观察对比两组患者的临床疗效、日常的生活能力的评分状况、具体的神经功能缺损变化情况。结果经治疗后发现,两组患者的状况的显示良好。日常的生活能力水平显著提高,神经功能缺失的情况也有所改善。结论采用补阳还五汤加减的方法对处于气虚质脑梗死的患者的二级预防有疗效。补阳还五汤加减不失为临床中预防气虚质脑梗死的高效安全的方法。
