摘要
目的探讨PBL统编教材在临床免疫学教学中的应用策略。方法国内的PBL教学不能照搬国外的案例,而应根据PBL教学规律冷静思考、参照国外案例特点,编写适合我国特色的PBL案例。我们注重了PBL案例的内容和问题设计,注重趣味性、知识性、启发性和实用性特点。结果学生反映良好,显著提高了学生学习兴趣和参与精神,锻炼学生们多方面的能力。结论本文总结了临床免疫学PBL案例设计思路及应用分析,以期为PBL统编教材形成奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the PBL textbooks in clinical immunology teaching strategies. Method PBL teaching can not copy the domestic foreign cases, but should be based on PBL teaching law calmly, with reference to foreign case characteristics, characteristics of PBL to prepare for our case. We focus on the content and issues PBL case design, focusing on fun, informative, instructive and practical features. Results Students reflect the good, significantly improve the students 'interest and participation in the spirit of the students' abilities in various exercises. Conclusion This article summarizes the clinical immunology PBL case design ideas and application analysis, in order to form PBL textbooks basis.
