注射器吸脂加微创切除联合曲安奈德切口注射治疗下腹部增生性瘢痕

Treatment of Hyperplastic Scars by Minimal Invasive of Excision and Expansion of Liposuction by Syringe and Intralesional Injection of Triamcinlone

目的探讨注射器吸脂加微创切除联合曲安奈德切口注射治疗下腹部增生性瘢痕的效果。方法对27例下腹部增生性瘢痕患者采用注射器吸脂加微创切除联合曲安奈德注射治疗修复。结果 27例随访1-3年效果满意。结论注射器吸脂加微创切除联合曲安奈德注射的疗法安全高效。

Objective To investigate the effects of treatment of the inferior belly of hyperplastic scars by minimal invasive of excision and expansion of liposuction by syringe and intralesional injection of triamcinolne. Methods 27 cases of patients with lower abdominal scar using a syringe liposuction plus minimally invasive surgery combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection repair. Results 27 cases were followed up 1 to 3 years results were satisfactory. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat the inferior belly of hyperplastic scars by the methods.
