Experimental Research on the Behavior of a Support Joint

摘要 某工程屋盖结构的支座因全部固接下所受弯矩过大而采用“两阶段”设计,即在结构自重作用下支座设计为铰接,以放松该部分荷载在支座处产生的弯矩;随后在支座下方浇筑混凝土,形成刚性连接,来承担其它所有荷载产生的弯矩。本文系统介绍以该支座节点构造的三组 1∶ 5缩尺模型在铰接和刚接两个阶段的受力试验情况,并将试验结果与理论分析结果加以比较。研究与工程应用表明,该支座节点构造是可行的,完全满足两阶段设计构想的要求。 A two-stage method is used in designing the support joints of a large span roof to avoid the excessive moment with full rigid connection, i. e., under the weight of the roof, the joints are designed as hinges in order to release the corresponding moment, while under other loads transfered from the roof, the joints are changed to be rigidly connected by pouring the concrete under the supports. In this paper, experimental research on three models of the support joint with a reduced scale of 1∶ 5 to check its behavior at two-stages is systematically introduced, and the experimental results are compared with the theoretic results. Research indicates that all the measures used in the joints are feasible and effective to the idea of the two-stage design method, which gives the structural design of the practical joints an experimental and theoretic basis.
